- Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
- Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews
- Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities
- Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided
- Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects
- Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm generally. Sometimes 7am meetings. extended hours when needed in busier seasons.

- maintain a safe, clean and orderly warehouse.
- Communicate and follow all OSHA guidelines for job safety
- Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly
- Coach and train restoration technicians
- Work with a variety of specifications such as drawings, sketches, ordnance pamphlets, ordnance documents, ordnance specification, military specification, and other technical documents and directives

Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds a minimum of one time a day
Must be capable of climbing on, under and around equipment
Must be capable of bending and twisting using proper safety techniques
Must be physically able to kneel, squat or crawl as needed
Must have own tools and tool box
Knowledge of dehumidifiers, heaters, fans, generators, mobile equipment vehicles to include industrial forklifts, man lifts, sweepers, wheel loaders
Must be capable of troubleshooting electrical and hydraulic systems using electrical and hydraulic schematics
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma/GED (preferred)
- At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
- IICRC certification a plus, not required
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics)
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
